Learn more about the development of the City of Little Rock Racial Equity Index Best practices research was conducted on how to develop a city-wide racial equity index that measures economic opportunities for Black business owners within Little Rock. The presentation and discussion will be led by the researcher, Madeline Burke, who completed this project with ReMix Ideas as part of her capstone project at the Clinton School of Public Service. She engaged with individuals at other organizations or municipalities with prior knowledge or experience in developing a racial equity index in addition to stakeholders with an interest in developing the City of Little Rock Racial Equity Index.
