TOMS RIVER, NJ — The paving schedule for Downtown Toms River, where new water mains were installed, has been revised due to the rain and storms, Suez water company said Tuesday. The contractor that is doing the milling and paving notified Suez of the changes Tuesday afternoon. "Due to last week's and last night's inclement weather, Toms River crews will begin night paving within downtown Toms River tonight," said Jane Kunka, spokeswoman for Suez.
