First, today's weather: A couple of afternoon showers. High: 71 Low: 53. Here are the top five stories in Sacramento today: Authorities are investigating after two people were killed in two related shootings in the Fair Oaks area Monday evening. The initial scene was at Fair Oaks Park in the area of Fair Oaks Boulevard and Madison Avenue. The gunman from that incident ran from the scene towards an area just outside of Ventana Townhomes Complex when another armed person chased him down and shot him just a short distance away. The sheriff's office said the second gunman remains at large but a description of that person was not available. Investigators said there are approximately two dozen witnesses they were working to get information from related to the incident. (CBS Sacramento) Tyrin Foster needs your help! He had stepped away from his work site March 20 just before 6:00 p.m. when he says a thief swooped in and stole his trailer filled with landscaping tools. Foster is the co-owner of American Landscape Maintenance, based out of North Highlands. Foster said two industrial-grade Toros, hedgers, a weed eater, backpack blowers, rakes, fertilizer and more were all taken. He said the theft makes sense for the North Highland's area because, "The community where we're from, there's a lot of landscapers in that area. So yeah, it would be pretty useful to take something like that." Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call the California Highway Patrol. (ABC10) A Sacramento police officer was arrested following accusations he recorded intimate encounters with women without their consent. On Monday, the Sacramento Police Department announced the arrest of officer Benjamin Gray on suspicion of the off-duty crimes, which stemmed from a Folsom Police Department investigation. Gray was placed on administrative leave back on Jan. 17 after Folsom police told Sacramento police they were pursuing a criminal complaint related to Gray. Gray turned himself in to the Sacramento County jail on Monday. (ABC10)After a federal judge in Florida on Monday voided the national mask mandate for airlines and other forms of public transportation, multiple agencies in Northern California said they will stop requiring face coverings. A spokesperson with Sacramento International Airport said in an email that the airport won't be requiring face masks of passengers and staff, due to the TSA's new directive. Amtrak is also following suit, saying that both passengers and employees are no longer required to wear masks while onboard trains or in stations. Masks are welcome if people choose to still wear one. Sacramento Regional Transit in a written statement said it will recommend masks be worn on transit but will no longer require them. (KCRA3)Hornets Basketball has a new men's coach. Journeyman coach David Patrick was introduced as the new Sacramento State men's basketball coach on Tuesday afternoon at the Hornet Athletic Center. Patrick is the 15th head coach in program history. He most recently served as the associate head coach for the men's basketball team at the University of Oklahoma last season.
