I recently found out I have cancer, and I have a question about social security Medicare. I missed the enrollment period. The next one doesn't start until January 1st of 2023 and runs through March 31st. I can afford the testing the doctor wants to do right now. However if I can't afford the treatment which would be chemo, radiation, and possible surgery to remove the tumor I have about 6 months because the cancer will start to attack other parts of my body and things will get really bad for me. So my question is does anybody know a go around, loophole or something that can get me enrolled in Medicare now? Thank you for your time and thanks for reading this.
