Our Annual Memorial Day Murph at Blue Titan in Rockaway New Jersey! PROCEEDS GO TO STAY SAFE FOUNDATION!!!! ABOUT THIS EVENT Join us at Blue Titan as we honor Lt. Michael Murphy & celebrate all members of the Armed Forces who gave their lives in our names. Partake in our annual "Murph" workout, named after Lt. Michael Murphy of the US Navy SEAL team who is a Medal of Honor recipient. This amazing workout event is known worldwide and is open to members and non-members alike. -Registration includes an event T-Shirt with a custom made design specifically for Blue Titan. Net Proceeds go to Stay Safe Foundation which benefits Police Officers and Veterans recovering from Injury and/or PTSD. -Each heat is capped at 35 people and the group photo will be at 9:15 AM! ATTENDEES MUST SECURE A TICKET FOR YOUR HEAT. Our annual TRIPLE MURPH CHALLENGE is back again this year! (Participants must be in excellent physical conditioning.) Triple Murph begins at 7 AM! "MURPH" 1 Mile run 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Air squats 1 Mile run *Wearing a 20lb vest or body armor is optional and the entire WOD is scalable to fit an athlete of any ability*
