I need a second-floor painted window unstuck

Hi, Guys! My bathroom window is painted shut. I need someone to unstick it using a razor blade or whatever is the best tool for this task. I would like this task done over the next few days. I live on the second floor so you would need a long ladder. My neighbor has a long ladder we could borrow but his ladder is super heavy. So, you can can borrow his ladder if you are very strong or else please bring your own long ladder. Unsticking the bathroom window is my main concern, but I would also like to have you use a razor blade to scrape paint off the glass of my living room window and my kitchen window. No problem if you can't do this or don't want to - the only thing I really care about is getting the bathroom window open. Thanks! Alex
