Relocation of an AC Air Vent and Ducting in a bedroom

I am looking to hire someone to relocate an AC air vent for my residential home. I need to have a new hole cut into the floor, have the carpet professionally cut out and cleanly put back. The new location of the vent is in the same room, closer to the heater/ac so no new ducting should be required and the current ducting can be reused. There is a sizeable crawl space so access is relatively easy.
