Wanted: Festival Assistant, $20/hr

Hello! I am an independent Face Painter looking to hire an assistant for festivals. The majority of the work will be operating the register and managing the line, but the ideal candidate would be interested in learning to do airbrush and glitter tattoos, or potentially simple face paint designs. Being artistically inclined will allow more opportunity for growth. Because most festivals and events happen on the weekends, it is a requirement to be available to work weekends, especially Saturdays. This is currently a very part-time, seasonal position; you will be expected to attend 1-2 events per month through October 2022. An average shift is 6-8 hours. First available gig to work is May 21st. Because I work all over the Bay Area, the ideal candidate has a car and is able to drive themselves to events. This is a good position for someone who likes working with people in a fast-paced environment. Pay starts at $20/hr, plus mileage reimbursement.
