Brief job description: ■ Operate hand, air, and power tools of all types. ■ Prepare sites and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. ■ Dig trenches ■ Set braces to support the sides of excavations, ■ Erect scaffolding ■ Hand demolish walls Full benefits (after probationary period): ❖ Medical ❖ Dental ❖ Vision ❖ Simple IRA with contributions matched up to 3% Requirements: • Prior demolition experience (Preferred) • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Work boots/Safety shoes • Able to use hand tools, shovels, scrapers, etc. • Follow instructions & Work well with others • Work safely, diligently, and efficiently • Willingness to seek help or training • Able to work on scaffold and lift 50 pounds All applicants must pass a drug screening, physical, and thorough background check from federal and state law enforcement agencies.
