PITTSBURGH, PA — Fallout continues from the Easter Sunday mass shooting in the East Allegheny neighborhood of the city's North Side that left two teens dead and at least 10 people shot. The shooting occurred at an Airbnb house where as many as 200 people were attending a party. Many of them were underage, police said. The latest developments: Pittsburgh police Chief Scott Schubert said in an interview with KDKA-TV Tuesday morning that police have yet to identify suspects in the shooting. The Keystone Oaks School District's middle and and high schools will be on a modified lockdown Tuesday, WTAE-TV reported. Some Keystone Oaks students might have been present at the deadly party. Pittsburgh Public Schools were on modified lockdown on Monday. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office identified the deceased as Matthew Steffy-Ross and Jaiden Brown, both 17. Steffy-Ross, of Pitcairn, attended Grace Non-Traditional Academy in Pleasant Hills; Brown was a Woodland Hills High School student. Woodland Hills School District will have counselors and support services available beginning today for students, acting Superintendent Daniel Castagna announced. Police confirmed that they responded to a noise complaint at around 11 p.m. at the Suismon Street address where the party was held. The officer spoke to a man identified as the homeowner and told him the party would be shut down if police had to return. The shooting occurred about 90 minutes later. Pittsburgh city councilman Bobby Wilson, whose district includes the neighborhood where the shooting occurred, plans to introduce legislation today to provide better regulation of short-term rental properties. Airbnb announced a lifetime ban on the person who booked the space that turned deadly. Airbnb noted that its policies prohibit gatherings of more than 16 people and any disruptive party and event.
