Description
Press release from Norwalk Public Library:
Dec. 1, 2020
Norwalk Public Library is pleased to announce the return of Nonfiction Chat with librarian Tina Kramer, on Wednesday, December 16, at 3 p.m. This chat for nonfiction fans, will take place virtually on Zoom. To attend, please email Tina, [email protected], and she'll send you an invitation to join.
Each month, Tina will introduce you to some great nonfiction titles she has enjoyed, and keep you in the know about similar titles to look for. Since this isn't a book group, you're not expected to have read in advance the books that Tina will be presenting, but attendees are an important part of Nonfiction Chat, and we look forward to your sharing with us what you're reading now, great past reads, and your areas of interest. At the December 16 program, The Biggest Bluff: How I Learned to Pay Attention, Master Myself, and Win by Maria Konnikova (available in print), and Wine Girl: The Trials and Triumphs of America's Youngest Sommelier by Victoria James (available in print and through Hoopla), will be featured, along with other notable nonfiction books.
All are invited to participate in Nonfiction Chat, even those die-hard fiction lovers. Who knows, we may whet your appetite for something new. We look forward to having you join in the conversation!
