I am honored to receive the ASA Communicator of The Year Award for a number of reasons. Here are my top three reasons for gratitude. I value all that ASA has done and continues to do to better the industry. Their resources are valuable to industry professionals.I’m blessed to have an amazing and caring team at Croce's Transmission Specialists so I don’t have to be at my shop every day. This affords me the time to speak and coach shop owners, and write for ASA Coach’s Corner blog. I’ve met and built relationships with many dedicated people who inspire me to be the best version of myself no matter what role I’m in on any given day. Shop owner, Coach, Speaker, or Mentor.The automotive industry has been good to both Tony and me. We admire and respect the many dedicated professionals who help to make the industry a viable career option for the next generation of men and women who bring their enthusiasm to keep current with the latest technology and the desire to serve their community.
