Dog in bad shape in need of help

Please read and either share or help. We want Titan to have a fair shot at life after what he has been through! Please consider helping Titan. He ran into our house. Rescue groups are at capacity and animal control confirmed they would put him down as they do not want "diseased" animals. He has mange and needs a vet. No one has been looking for him or responded to our posts across numerous groups about him being found. I am very sure he was abandoned and came to our house because he could smell our animals are happy and cared for. He has happily stuck with us since Saturday.
