Ventura County provides many opportunities and partnerships. When Justin Honsinger from @wastemanagement reached out about educating the community on some simple rubbish disposal tips we jumped right in. Batteries and electronics including vape pens do not belong in any of the trash cans, they should be disposed of at recycling facilities that can be found by contacting your local cities. Also, coals that have been used in cooking or for warmth need to be properly cooled before disposing of them.
