Real Estate Investors looking to hire contractors as consultants to assist in the acquisition of land and subsequent development into residential homes. Should have lots of experience in the ins and outs of new construction. This would be for consulting work only to avoid conflict of interest between the consultant and the actual project contractor. Compensation would also include a percentage of the profits from projects. Could be a great opportunity for a retired or semi-retired contractor or developer.
