Press release from the Village of Lisle: At the April 18, 2022 Village Board meeting, Mayor Chris Pecak appointed Kevin Licko, an 18-year Village employee, as the new Chief of Police of the Lisle Police Department. Mr. Licko has served the Lisle Police Department since 2004 in various capacities and has held the positions of Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Juvenile Officer, Detective, Sergeant, Deputy Chief of Administration (also serving as the Village's Emergency Management Coordinator) and most recently, Acting Chief of Police. Mr. Licko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elmhurst University and a Master's Degree in Public Safety Administration from Lewis University. Licko replaces the Village's former Chief of Police Ron Wilke who retired in February 2022 following 25 years of service to the Lisle community. He will take the Oath of Office as Chief of Police at a Village Board meeting to be held on May 2, 2022. This press release was produced by the Village of Lisle.
