Must have a driver's license if you don't have a driver's license, you must have landscaping experience If you don't have experience or a driver's license, don't apply. Drivers with experience earn $51,000.00 per year ($24.50 per hour) this is salary and not hourly one week vacation, plus holidays pay for crew leads drivers with no experience make $21.00 (hourly) crew members with experience but without a driver's license make $19.50 per hour this is full time and year round
