We are looking to rehome our 6 year old Great Dane. He is AKC papered and neutered. He is a big love bug, beautiful, completely house trained and is overall pretty mellow so long as he gets exercise. He is obedience trained, crate trained, can go long work hours without potty, however he does have some behavioral issues when it comes to toys, bones, and his bed. He was taunted at our fence (unbeknownst to us until we got a ring camera) so he is unpredictable around strangers and is reactive to leashed dogs. He was raised with small children and has never shown any aggression towards our kids, is very patient, and loves “his babies” however we would prefer a home without children due to his size and behavioral issues. He also gets overly excited about cats and would need a slow introduction with a very confident cat.
