I need dog advice!!!

Hello! I need dog advice from someone who knows what they are doing. I have a female 11mo old aussiecollie and an 11week old lab retriever mastiff mix. My aussiecollie has been showing signs of resource guarding towards the new puppy ever since they were introduced when the puppy was 8 weeks. Because of the puppies breed, she is gaining weight quick (Got her she was 13.5 lbs at 8 weeks and is now 28 lbs at 11 weeks) Our aussiecollie is well trained and well disciplined. She has never shown food aggression or resource guarding towards us has she is an emotional support animal and we have raised her since she was just a pup. Anytime the baby nibbles at her food bowl even when she isnt eating out of it, our aussiecollie snarles and bites at the puppy. She also bites and snarles when puppy wants to pick up a toy or a bone we leave for them to chew on. It is almost impossible for us to keep them seperated their whole lives and we have been trying to resolve this and nothing is working. With how big puppy is going to be getting, we cannot have dogs fighting, but i refuse to rehome either of them has otherwise they are pretty good together.
