ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police responded to three domestic disturbances in the last few days. Here is information from the reports: Michael Bardesi, 32, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of West St. Charles Road on charges of domestic battery, interfering with a 911 call and criminal damage to property. According to a police report, a woman with visible injuries told officers that Bardesi broke her phone. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.John Suerth, 55, of Villa Park, was arrested about 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of East Crescent Avenue on a charge of domestic battery. According to a police report, Suerth pushed a person to the ground. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.A domestic disturbance was reported about 9 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of North Myrtle Avenue. Two people got into an argument, but no one was injured. Both parties agreed to separate for the night. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and people charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
