Job Title: Installer or Installer Assistant Status: Hourly, Non-exempt Full/Part Time: Full-Time Wage Range: $16-30/hr based on experience Reports To: General Manager About Us: Window Doctor of Colorado, LLC is a family owned and operated window & door replacement company serving the Denver metro area. We have over 30 years of experience in the home improvement business. Our professional workmanship and quality brings a superior product and we pride ourselves on leaving the customer satisfied. Goal: Support installation projects and develop competencies in window/door installations and services. Essential Job Functions: • Assist Install Team to ensure a successful and safe installation.  Worksite setup and cleanup.  Material movement and preparation.  Assist in stages of installation process with on the project training.  Learn and develop competencies in window/door installations and services.  Safe utilization of basic hand and power tools. • Communicate with teammates and customer to ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a field environment. • Attention to detail. • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: • Possess identification documents and/or proper work authorizations. • Have reliable vehicle or alternate transportation. • Punctual and reliable attendance. • Comfortable with technology usage – iPad: apps, messaging, photos. • Willing and comfortable working in a team and individual capacity. • Honest communication and personal integrity. • Desire to learn and improve. • Commitment to a safe work environment and Company Safety Policy.
