Job Description: An Installation Crew Leader is responsible to lead a team of installation crew members to implement landscapes throughout Boulder County and vicinity. This implementation will include numerous skills ranging from proper demolition and site preparation, planting, irrigation, boulder setting, and various hardscapes. The Landscape Installation Crew Leader needs to be self-guided while following the instructions provided by construction plans. The Installation Crew Leader will report to the Crew Foreman while on job sites. This is a full-time position that will continue into the following year. Attention to detail, self-sufficiency, and great work ethic is important. The Crew Leader position has opportunity for advancement! Position Requirements: • Dependable transportation to work • Able to stand for extended periods of time • Able to lift and move at least 50lbs • Masonry experience: 2-3 years (Required) • Irrigation experience: 2-3 years (Required) • Passion for growth and learning Position Responsibilities: • Leading an installation crew team • Small equipment usage • Masonry installation • Boulder setting • Proper planting techniques • Irrigation installation • Reporting to the Installation Crew Foreman • Being prompt and punctual to work • Follow and implement provided instructions Experience: • Landscape installation/construction: 2-3 years (Required) • Hardscape construction: 2-3 years (Required) • Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Compensation: • $22-24/hr. • Paid Holidays • Regular Installation Bonus • Profit Share – end of season profit • Job-Attached Unemployment/Winter Work – weather permitting Benefits for employees: • Health insurance • IRA – for qualifying members with company contribution match • Paid Holidays • Regular bonus structure & Profit Share on Installation • Professional development, tuition reimbursement, and education assistance Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Flexible Friday schedule • No weekends required
