The video was produced in lieu of the annual Mayor's luncheon, which was not held this year due to the Covid Omicron surge in January. Now that Covid case rates are down and restrictions have eased, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and the City of Concord will host an in-person State of the City Mayor's reception on Wednesday, April 27 at 5 p.m. at the Hilton Concord.
