City of Phoenix Seeking Office Trailer Removal Proposals

The City of Phoenix Oregon (“City”) is seeking proposals from interested parties for the removal of the Police Department office trailer on the City’s parcel located behind City Hall at 114 W. 2nd Streets in Phoenix. All work must be completed no later than June 15, 2022. It is estimated the removed trailer will have significant salvage value and will represent adequate compensation for the removal of the trailer and any associated debris. The City will accept bids until 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Each firm submitting a proposal shall provide it electronically to Richard Randleman, Senior Project Manager at shown contact info. Organizations interested in submitting a proposal are instructed not to make direct contact with the City. All information inquiries shall go through Richard Randleman. The deadline for inquiries is Friday, April 22, 2022. The City and their representatives reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters.
