Labor Needed for event set up + strike

I am a wedding planner looking for extra labor to help set up and strike events. Each event will have different needs but An example of what is required would be... We currently mostly do events in Marco Island and Naples. Someone to collect and drive rental truck. Load truck the day before the event. On the day of the event drive to the wedding venue. Unload everything to planners instructions. Items will be heavy. Once unloaded, you would be free for the rest of the day until you have to return to the event venue late at night (varies but could be midnight-2am) to load the truck, return the items to the storage facility where you will unload. Then you will need to drive the truck to return the rental the next day. Fees will be discussed but this will be a set fee, not an hourly rate.
