To the lady who was texting in the narrow walkway to the self checkout last week at Meijer on Jackson Rd. I’m very sorry that I rushed past you in a self-centered huff. When you came up moments later and told me, “it’s a beautiful, warm spring day outside, isn’t it?” I felt about two inches tall. I am truly sorry for my arrogance and lack of patience that day. In these current times, how I behaved is the opposite of how we should treat one another. You offered me a great lesson. Thank you. And again, I apologize.
