I’m a bassist/drummer looking for a singer/songwriter, synth player or multi-instrumentalist to jam/write music with. I listen to bands like Radiohead, Vulfpeck, Beck, Tool, Anderson Pak and more. If you’re a singer/songwriter I’d be open to playing whatever you have.This is a musician first band showcasing each musician's prowess within the confines of each song. Drummer; do you have a style and ability of Simon Phillips/Aynsley Dunbar? I’m a bass player new to the area, early 50’s, who sings some lead and backing vocals, and I don’t drink (impossible I’m told!). Interested in musicians who have strong harmonizing abilities, can keep the tempo in check (ex: starting a song at 160 and by the end you’re at 240….drives me crazy!), has no ego issues, and plays for the love of the music. My influences range from the Eagles, Supertramp, Iron Maiden, Primus, Graham Central Station……..many many more. Not an all country player, but a few mixed in are fine. I would really like to get together with some new musical friends, pick a few songs, do some free form jamming, and see what happens. Not looking to play three gig weekends, I have a great career so I’m not looking to gig every free moment of my life.
