NORTH HAVEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 11, George Joseph, of North Haven, purchased a Holiday Bonus ticket from the Vineyard Package Store in Milford and won $10,000.
