Abandoned Kittens

These kittens were born recently in one of my neighbors yards. The mom has been nursing them. but now the mother has stopped showing up and possibly abandoned them. they appear to be in good health and chunky little guys. I'm looking to find someone that can possible Foster them. I know they will need bottle needing. and I'm not sure exactly how old they are. i would appreciate any help that can be offered.
