URGENT! Newborn kitten needs mama or bottle feeder

This little newborn gray and white sweetie (with cord still attached) was abandoned by mama and needs either a foster nursing mama cat or someone who is willing to bottle feed this baby for the next 3 or 4 weeks. Would prefer someone with newborn bottle feeding experience. Please tell me about yourself and your previous experience. Thanks so much!
