Captain and or first mate needed

I have an older boat that could use a captain and or a first mate to help out. She likes to have one handle the bow and one at the stern. Really need the help for Wednesday night as it is best to have multiple hands on deck at night. She likes younger hands so we can get her in the slip a few times throughout the night.
