Looking for a chill job with flexible hours doing lawn maintenance this summer that pays great? I got you. I have a decent amount of lawns that I maintain and I am looking for someone to help me this summer. Im willing to pay a hefty percentage to the right person. I can guarantee I will pay more than what other lawn companies will pay. I work a normal job and then mow on my days off. Right now my list is big enough to were I cant take on anymore work unless I get some help. I have about 2 full days of work per week and could double that almost instantly if I had help. Im gonna give it a shot this year and try to expand and find more of a buisness partner than an employee. Im willing to pay 40% of all work done to the right person and an extra 10% if you stick out the season with me. So 50% This is around 25 dollars and hour and potentially more based on skill level. I have mowed professionally for about 10 years. I am the best in the buisness when it comes to estimates, quality of work, keeping customers happy and doing it all in a timely manner. I am in my early 30's and a easy guy to work with. This job would be perfect for a young person who has some days free and wants to make some good money all while listening to music and enjoying that alaskan summer. I will supply the vehicle and all the equipment you will need. I will be helping early in the season to make sure you are comfortable and maintenance is up to the standards I expect. I would prefer someone with experience. After your familiar with the list you will be going solo while I expand the list by taking on more clients.
