NORTH HAVEN, CT — One person was hospitalized after a car crashed into a tree Friday in North Haven, according to fire officials. The crash occurred in the area of 300 Maple Avenue. One person needed to be extricated from the car and was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital, according to the fire department. Crews were on the scene around 5:30 p.m.
