Looking for Handyman

Looking for a full-time handyman. We are a company that builds and rents photo studios that constantly have things that need to be fixed. We have 7 locations in Downtown LA, East, and Hathorne. Task examples: to patch a small hole in drywall, reinforce furniture with 2x4s, a door that needs to be secured, a part of the wall that needs to be repainted, etc. You should have experience in drywall plastering, wall painting, etc. Ideally, you should have knowledge in the electrical field that allows you to complete basic electrical fixes like adding or removing an outlet, adding a light, etc. Please see examples of tasks that we need to work on. Let us know if you have a valid driving license and a van. Please reply with your work experiences, pictures of previous projects, and monthly salary expectations. Work schedule is flexible mostly evenings time, 4-5 days a week. Hiring as an independent contractor or W2. The payment schedule is weekly.
