Parsley Business Development is looking to hire a Residential Rehab person to be a part of our team. This role will primarily be focused on completing renovations on homes and getting them ready to go on the market in a timely manner. You will be a part of a small (3-4 people team) who will see projects from the demo stage to finish rehab completion. The team will be working directly with a project manager daily/weekly to see the renovations to completion. Strong skills in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and painting are preferred along with basic skills in plumbing and electric. Past experience in renovation, construction, contracting, or home maintenance work is required. Additional strong experience in HVAC, roofing, windows, landscaping, etc. are desired. Work Hour Expectations: 40hrs a week, M-F 7:00am-4:00pm, potential for Sat/Sun hours. Requirements: Reliable access to transportation via a car, truck preferred to transport material. Provide all your own tools. No past felonies. No active drug users. Must be available weekly and potentially on weekends. Need to be punctual.
