Looking for an experienced detail painter. We service Boerne and the surrounding areas with our paint services. We care a lot about our clients so we expect the best from our guys. We constantly evaluate our crews paint progress and craftsmanship, so bettering our skill is always encouraged. We pay each individual according to their knowledge and quality of work. IMPORTANT - We are not looking for people that just need a job for a quick paycheck. - We are not looking for anyone that is looking to make hours. (We constantly check progress so we will know if your not working.) - We are not a production painting company so clean and only clean work is expected. There is no excuse for dirty work. - We are not a babysitting business, we are a painting company. If you need to be babysat, then this is not the job for you. (Very Important) We have our way of working and expect you to adapt so quality is consistent through out the job site. - Reliable/ Prompt, On time. (No exceptions.) - Work from Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Some Saturdays. - Willing to go above and beyond what your asked for. (Thats how individuals stand out and move up in any company.) - Valid driver license. - Own transportation. - Positive attitude on the job site. (Leave your problems at home, do not bring them to the job sites. No exception.) - Professional appearance. (Work shirts provided.) Job description: - Brushing and rolling. - Using ladders and scaffolds. - Caulking, putting, masking, sanding, ect.. (Basic prep work prior to painting.) - Spraying with an airless paint sprayer.
