help with 2 week old kittens

hello, every so often I like to come on Craigslist and help bottle feed and foster abandoned kittens. I've had good success and have done it several times. however, this new batch of kittens is a challenge and I'm worried they're not going to make it. they have diarrhea, one of them aspirated milk and the other doesn't want to eat. I'm taking them to the vet on Friday but I can only afford so much. I'm posting to see if by a long shot there is somebody out there who can help the babies more. I'm doing my best but it's very difficult, I've been taking lots of time off work to help them out and I think they're just getting worse. please contact me if you think you can help or if you know of a rescue currently fostering kittens. I've called around and the ones I've contacted only take kittens from the SPCA and I'm afraid if I give them to them they'll just kill them
