Looking for office assistant for busy and established (over 57 years) Electrical Contracting Company in Bridgton. *Competive wages plus potential bonuses. *Can be part time or full time. (If full time, great benefits are available, such as Health Insurance Options, Paid Vacations, paid Holidays, 401K with Company contribution, Christmas bonuses, etc.) Candidate should have the following in order to apply: 1) Ability to communicate well with customers, either in person or on phone. Scheduling jobs, data input, etc. 2) Efficiently able to multi-task. 3) Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. 4) Mondays are mandatory. Rest of week flexible. Current hours of operation are 8:am-4:30pm Mon-Fri. 5) Managing typical office skills, such as filing, checking/responding to emails, filling out forms, filing permits, answering phone, greeting customers, etc. ***We are a GREAT Company and family to be a part of, so if you feel you are wanting to join our team, we would really love to hear from you!
