I need someone to install my carpet a carpet installer that has all the carpet tools Carter stretcher hot iron utility knife Staple gun and staples every tool that needs to lay down carpet please do not come with me with a hammer and nail I want to tear off the carpet off my stairs and reinstall carpet on stairs I have the carpet and padding just need your installation paying $120 like to do this ASAP I am located in Toledo
