Beth Israel is currently seeking a highly motivated full-time lead facilities tech/custodian to work in facilities and on grounds. You are an engaging and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment: someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position will be providing general maintenance to all areas. Duties include general maintenance and repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical and general cleaning and upkeep. Technically savvy individual is desired and will be trained on our various systems. Other duties to include event setups and teardowns. Experience in maintenance services required. Applicants must be able to complete and clear a background screening. Position scheduled to work 8-hour shifts, five days per week. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. Pay is commensurate with experience, skills, education and training. This position offers medical, dental, life and disability insurance along with vacation and sick leave benefits, and free parking. This is a non-exempt, full-time hourly position.
