OPEN CALL EVENT FOR TATSU RAMEN-MELROSE LOCATION HIRING LINE COOKS!! Come join our team!! We are currently seeking candidates who are passionate for food and customer service that can deliver a unique and memorable guest experience. Below are the details: When: Wednesday April 20th Time: 2pm-5pm Where: 7111 Melrose Ave Los Angeles, CA 90046 Please bring a resume IF you have one. If you know of anyone who is also looking for a job and has prior restaurant experience, please let them know of this event and bring them along!! Responsibilities include: Preparing menu items Strong work ethic and attention to detail by taking pride in the execution of dishes Keeping a clean and organized BOH station; including cleaning after service Set up workstations in a timely manner to ensure prompt opening of the store Keep product at proper holding temperature Ensure proteins are well-cooked and visually appealing for the customers Pay attention to par levels and communicate with Kitchen Manager about restocking or ordering product Practice proper food rotation and sanitation practices Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards.
