If interested, please send your phone number to the below e-mail for an immediate call-back. si habla español Fortis / LTS, Inc. is interviewing for the full-time position of Groundskeeper in the Phoenix and Mesa area: The Groundskeeper will have experience in Grounds Maintenance procedures. Fortis / LTS will provide tools and equipment required for contracted services. Must be able to pass background check to access military facilities/properties. Must have reliable transportation. You may report to our Mesa, Phoenix or Glendale location (your choice) then use a company vehicle and paid time to commute to other facilities as needed. The following are key responsibilities associated with this position: • Cuts lawn using hand, power or riding mower; trims and edges around walks, flower beds, walls, etc. • Plants grass, flowers, trees and shrubs; prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears and other hand tools. • Sprays lawns, trees and shrubs with fertilizers and insecticides. • May perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds maintenance. (transport to local shop) • May perform routine laboring and maintenance duties when grounds keeping work has been completed. (cleaning and toll inspection for damage) Applicant must receive favorable background and drug screen results and meet eligibility requirements for access to government computer systems and or facilities.
