Description
We are out- of-state investors purchasing real estate and are hiring someone who is able to complete the following:
- Take photos/ videos of interior/ exterior of properties (does not need to be a professional camera, phone camera is fine as long as quality).
- Complete walk throughs with prospects for potential sales.
- Provide lock boxes/ key placement when needed.
Must be outgoing and approachable. All appointments will need business casual dress.
Must have availability during the day time. Previous real estate knowledge is a plus but not required.
You must have a car; traveling to Niles, Campbell and Warren are also involved. (with compensation)
**each task only takes about a half an hour and we are paying $50/ task**
