Needs two 30 second videos shot, high resolution

Needs two short 30-60 second videos shot with proper lighting. One video is more in the dark with a lighter- the script starts, "Don't be in the dark..." I have tried to film this myself, but it comes out grainy. The other one will be outside and much easier. Thank you in advance!
