Hello, I have recently finished remodeling on a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and shower / bathroom on one side of an all brick building. The other side of the building is attached to a 18x27 rehearsal space and has been used as a recording studio. There is a separate control room and drum room with a vocal booth and separate entrance also. There is parking in the garage behind the building, I would like to rent the entire building and garage monthly to musicians that can enjoy it. This space is in Ripley Ohio one block from restaurants and bars and the Ohio river front. there is plenty of storage space for your jetski or canoe.
