Apex Realty in need of an on-going cleaning service for periodic cleaning of our Apartment Building and occasional cleaning of our One-bedroom and Studio apartments, as they become vacant. You must have a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, Tax ID / Social Security number and be willing to fill out a W9 tax form. We pay by invoice only, 30 days. Our 32 unit building is located near LaBrea/Wilshire area. You must use your own supplies and follow all Covid-19 protocol. We are a non-smoking, no pets building. This need is on going throughout the year. PROOF OF INSURANCE and SOCIAL SECURITY/TAX ID W9 required. Must have own transportation and cleaning supplies.
