** When applying for this position, please SEND your RESUME ** Job Description: Fast paced Production Company looking for a self-sufficient and highly skilled janitor/maintenance person for our facility. We need one person for the day shift and another person for the night shift. We offer a full benefits package to all of our employees (health, vacation, etc.) Duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Clean and maintain an office, break rooms, bathrooms, outside areas, and our warehouse/manufacturing facility Required competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality of work Ability to lift and move product up to 50 lbs Ability to climb and stand on ladders Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands to finger, handle or feel Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary Ability to follow directions and have clear communication skills Maintain a safe working area and adhere to the safety rules and best practices established by the company. Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a manufacturing facility, such as but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures. Qualifications: English speaking a MUST Spanish speaking a PLUS Must have a professional presentation and ability to follow direction Previous Janitorial experience a PLUS
