Restoration Technician compensation: $15 - $20 starting wage based on experience employment type: full-time/part-time Looking for a motivated and ready to work restoration technician. No experience needed, but any experience in the construction industry is a plus. Must be available (on call) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You would be assisting in Demo, trash out, duct cleaning/ dryer vent cleaning, mold remediation, fire and smoke clean up, finish work and build back, insulation removal and install, etc. There are no guaranteed hours, but we keep busy and have lots of opportunities for overtime. Must be willing to work in crawl spaces and attics along with other confined spaces. An ideal candidate is reliable, self motivated, and willing to learn. Experience in a related field preferred but not required. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must as we work all over the metro area. IICRC certified applicants will have priority consideration. Specific Responsibilities: · Learn all services including water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean up, etc · Complete all work in a timely manner and to the best of your ability · Clean/maintain equipment and vehicles · Practice a safe work environment in all places and at all times and use proper personal protective equipment · Communicate with customers regarding the scope of work, time lines and establish expectations. Review necessary paperwork · Available to respond to emergency jobs Job Requirements: · Valid Driver's License · Able to lift up to 45 pounds · Computer and device literate · Able to learn and adopt proprietary job management programs using hand held and desk top devices. · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Good attitude towards co-workers and clients · On call 24/7 please send us an email listing your experience and/or resume, phone number etc.
