I have a small "lean to" shed project I would like to delegate out. It involves a 5' x 10' concrete pad (also the footprint of the shed).
I will facilitate delivery of concrete and be available to help.
I own and will supply all required tools.
Fairly simple and straight forward design.
My guess is about a 3 - 4 day job for person of reasonably carpentry skills.
Attention to detail and quality workmanship a must.
Additional compensation for efficiency.
