The Arbors Assisted Living at Islandia West is seeking to hire a Handyman/Maintenance Technician. If you're one who can fix anything, enjoy being around seniors then we want you to come work for us! Requirements for this position- • Experience with interior and exterior office construction, painting/drywall interior and exterior, maintain building structure and grounds • Basic electric (fixtures, wiring, circuits, etc.) • Must have handyman, general repair and maintenance experience • Experience working in building maintenance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid driver's license • Must have valid ID to work in the United States This job requires Covid-19 Vaccination as per the Department of Health
